Rooms and Suites

• Rates shown are in the local currency of United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
• Rates are subject to AED 15 Tourism Dirham Fee (TDF) per room, per night for Standard and Deluxe Twin, King, Triple Rooms, Family Quad Room and One Bedroom Atana Suite and AED 30 Tourism Dirham Fee (TDF) for Family Interconnecting and Two Bedroom Suite per room, per night.
• Rates are inclusive of 7 % municipality fee, 10 % service charge and 5 % Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Check-in time is at 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
• Check-out after 18:00 hrs, one (1) night stay charge will be applied.
• Full payment is required upon check-in.
• In case of an early departure, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay on room and meal plan booked.
• Any additional charges/extras to the account must be settled before or on departure.
• All cancellations must be advised at least 24 hours before arrival on regular dates and at least 72 hours prior during exhibition dates.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night of the confirmed room rate will be applicable for cancellations received less than the required notice period mentioned.
• In case of No Show, a charge equivalent to one night of the confirmed room rate will be applicable and full stay of the confirmed room rate will be applicable during exhibition periods and the booking will be released.
• Child aged six (6) or less sharing room with parents in existing bedding will stay free. Children between 6-12 years will receive a 50% discount on meal rates.

Atana Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers (chargeable) must be booked 48 hours in advance by emailing reservations@atanahotel.com with your contact details and flight arrival/departure details. The Toyota Previa (or equivalent) can comfortably accommodate 4 passengers and 4 pieces of medium-sized luggage. For pick-ups, the vehicle will wait two (2) hours after the flight arrival time, after which the transfer will be considered a 'no show'. For drop-offs, the vehicle will wait one (1) hour after the scheduled time of departure from the hotel noted in the booking request, after which the transfer will be considered a 'no show'. 

• Arrivals at Dubai International Airport Terminals 1 and 3: Please proceed to the Meeting point to be directed to your reserved vehicle. The Atana staff will be waiting for you with your name and hotel name board.
• Arrivals at Dubai International Airport Terminal 2: An Atana staff will be waiting outside the airport holding a ‘Name Board’.
• Arrivals at Al Maktoum International Airport / Dubai World Central (DWC): An Atana staff will be waiting outside the airport holding a ‘Name Board’

Cancellation Policy

• Flexible Booking: The guest can cancel the room free of charge 24 hours before or 1 day before the arrival date. However, if cancelled on the same day or less than 24 hours or 1 day, it will be charged for one night accordingly. No prepayment required.
• Non-refundable Booking: The guest will be charged the total amount once the booking has been made.
• No Show Policy: One-night room charge will be applicable and the booking will be released.
